Job Description Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, the Office Manager will be the 'go to' person partnering and supporting all departments across the agency, ensuring that our offices are operating smoothly to support our teams and the great work they do.
The Office Manager is responsible for leading day to day office operations and providing executive and administrative support where required all the while bringing an upbeat flair to our office culture.
What you'll be doing
Manage all office administration including collating data for reporting purposes, database maintenance, distribution of mail, arranging couriers, ordering supplies/groceries, catering and general office maintenance.
Receptionist duties including answering phones, filing, photocopying, ensuring compliance and quality control of Head Office documents.
Provide support to the CEO/ Leadership Team, organising travel arrangements and reservations where required.
Support the CEO with general administration and building Powerpoint presentations.
Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding while managing attendance and seat allocation.
Support team with meeting room set up for VIP/client visits.
Coordinate birthday e-cards and anniversary gifts.
Allocation of parking and office security passes.
About You
Korean speaking is an advantage.
Tertiary qualification in a business-related discipline.
Professional experience in an administrative, coordination or hospitality capacity.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook with intermediate Excel skills.
Highly organised with exceptional time management with strong attention to detail.
Exceptional written and verbal communication.
The ability to actively listen and anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.
