Your Role The Office Manager/Executive Assistant role is a vital support position, providing key assistance to the Senior Leadership team and overseeing office operations in Melbourne.
Acting as a central coordinator, this role ensures daily office efficiency and seamless executive support.
Key highlights include a diverse range of responsibilities, close collaboration with senior leaders, and direct contributions to the company's clean energy mission.

Duties and Key Responsibilities Act as the main point of contact for all guests, visitors and facilitate all meetings both at the office and interstate Provide executive calendar management, meeting scheduling, and travel coordination.
Coordinate with vendors to maintain office safety, cleanliness, and functionality.
Arrange office amenities such as catering and supplies, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Oversee IT support and the functionality of office technology.
Manage office security systems, access control, and badge distribution.
Arrange hot desking and space allocation for the local team.
Skills and Experience The ideal candidate is highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive, with excellent communication skills.
They are adaptable, value confidentiality, and thrive in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.
Previous experience in executive support or office management, with a background or interest in renewable energy, would be advantageous.
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting senior-level executives.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software.
Strong organisational and communication abilities.
Experience with board meetings and board communications.
Interest or experience in the renewable energy sector.
Flexibility to occasionally work outside regular business hours.
