Calling all office managers! We are partnering with one of our engineering firms to look for their next office manager. The company in question engineers environmental control solutions for industries such as medical, data centre, industrial, and commercial projects! With projects all over Australia, they service a large amount of clients and drive a strong vision of company culture and success.
The Role: This is an office manager role with accounting expertise, you will be essential to the smooth running of the business. Your role will be dealing with admin tasks, finances, invoicing, payroll, and budgeting.
Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day office opportunities Managing financial admin tasks, using your accounting skills in respect of compliance Implement and develop policies within the office Manage relationships with suppliers and procurement processes Manage recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and records management Ensure client satisfaction by providing an efficient high level of service with any inquiries or disputes. Qualifications: Track record as an office manager, or similar role with accounting responsibilities Software knowledge - MS Office Suite & MS Excel Strong skills in financial management Communication is key in this role, so you need to be presentable and a strong communicator Experience with CRM and PM tools - desirable A background knowledge of our industry mechanical engineering would be a big plus but isn't necessary Benefits: Competitive Salary on offer Opportunity for permanent work and good career growth Ability for flexible working *All applications will be confidential
