About us Catherine McAuley College opened its doors in 2022, in order to meet the growing demand for a quality, Catholic Education in the Mackay region. Starting with pioneering Year 7's in 2022, they will grow into a complete Years 7 to 12 profile by 2027.
Built on the former site of the historic Mackay Sugar Research Institute, our brand new college offers first class facilities to cater for staff and students to ensure the delivery of quality teaching and learning practices.

Your Role An exciting opportunity exists at Catherine McAuley College for a suitably qualified and enthusiastic Office Manager to join their team. This is a term-time continuing position, commencing January 2025.
The Office Manager manages the operation of the School's Administration Services to ensure the provision of complex and varied services and is employed within the Administration Program of Catherine McAuley College which aims to:
ensure that all concerned with the College can operate within a positive and productive organisation; facilitate effective communication within the College and with relevant external agencies; provide effective organisational and administrative services to the educational endeavours of the College. About you The successful applicant will have an understanding of, and a commitment to, the ethos of Catholic education. In addition, you will have excellent time management skills, well developed interpersonal skills and a high proficiency of computer skills. Experience with a student management system, such as TASS would be advantageous.
