Jim's Hazardous Material Removal (Australia) is seeking amotivated Office Manager/Bookkeeper to oversee our growing team. This individual needs to be organised, have the ability to work under pressure & be reliable for this diverse role. As part of the Jim's Group, it is our aim to provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction.
What You'll Be Doing This is an important role ensuring that our business runs smoothly. You will be required to complete a variety of duties including, but not limited to:
Overseeing the general administration & running of the office. Manage scheduling, correspondence, and communication for the team. Overseeing accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and all other bookkeeping tasks. Monitor cash flow, manage budgets, and prepare financial reports for management. Resolving operational issues as they arise. Monitoring & updating OH&S systems. Provide day to day support to staff, franchisees & management. Events organisation. What We're Looking For Minimum 3 years in a similar role with a strong background in office management and bookkeeping Experience with Xero accounting software Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to prioritise competing deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients, franchisees and internal teams. Attention to detail and a proactive, positive attitude, with a willingness to go the extra mile. This is a full-time position. Remuneration negotiable based on knowledge & experience.
