Office Management (Administration & Office Support) We are looking for an experienced and driven Office Manager | Bookkeeper to join our team at the Australian Training Institute's new location in Albion, Queensland. This role is crucial to ensuring the smooth, efficient, and compliant operation of our office, as well as enhancing the experience of our trainers, operations staff, and students. You will manage a diverse office team, handle financial processes, and maintain our office systems for streamlined performance in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll be doing Overseeing the general administration of the office, including answering phones, scheduling, and filingLeading and supporting an operations team with a focus on compliance and productivityManaging accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and all other bookkeeping tasksPreparing financial reports, budgets, and tax documentsCoordinating office supplies and managing equipment needsSupporting the management team in daily tasks and special projectsEnsuring adherence to RTO standards and compliance with all regulatory requirementsWhat we're looking for Minimum 3 years in a similar role with a strong background in office management and bookkeepingExcellent people management skills to ensure staff productivity and accountabilityExperience with Xero accounting softwareExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFamiliarity with RTO compliance requirements and best practices in office administrationWhat we offer Social Events and Team Building ActivitiesProfessional development opportunities and career progressionEmployee Recognition ProgramsEmployee Assistance ProgramPet-Friendly PoliciesAbout us The Australian Training Institute (www.atiaustralia.edu.au) is a leading provider of vocational education and training programs in Queensland.
