The Department for Child Protection is seekingan Office Manager and ExecutiveAssistant to join the Office of the ChiefHuman Resources Officer on a full-time ongoing basis.
The role is responsible for:
Providing comprehensive personal and confidentialsecretarial, administrative and project support service to theChief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).Overseeing the management of records within the Office ofthe CHRO and liaising with staff in the Office of the ChiefExecutive to facilitate efficient workflow.Liaising with all levels of the public and private sector,Senior Departmental Officers and Ministerial Offices on behalfof the CHRO.Facilitating the office management requirements of the HRDirectorate, as well as monitoring telephone calls and managinga dynamic diary.About You We are looking for a well-organised individual with excellentcustomer service skills and a proven ability to communicateeffectively, both verbally and in writing.
You will have experience providing high quality executivesupport in a confidential manner, having dealt with highlysensitive matters with tact and diplomacy.
Excellent time management skills, a significant attention todetail and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and highvolumes of work will be key to your success.
