About the role
We are seeking a highly organised Office Manager/Administration Support to join our team at Marc Hardman and Associates' Solicitors in Parramatta, NSW. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office and providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the business.
What you'll be doing: General reception tasks including things such as answering calls, greeting clients, attending to mail, banking and scheduling appointmentsManaging Safe Custody documents Managing archiving Maintaining the office environment including managing office supplies, equipment and coordinating maintenance, including ensuring all workstations including updating all workstations as and when there are new updatesPlanning all onsite and offsite events, including scheduling and arranging catering where required Managing office marketing such as Christmas Cards, Google Reviews and thank you hampers Performing accounting duties including invoicing and trust account receipting daily Ensuring that office policies and procedures are followed by staff and assisting in developing new policies to improve efficiency Maintaining precedents and preparing new precedents as required Skills: experience using LEAP practice management software or similar; experience using Cloud PBX softphones, or similar; and Computer literacy in Word, Excel and Outlook.Who we are: Marc Hardman and Associates was established 30 years ago in Parramatta, NSW.
