As they are a smaller team, they are seeking an individual who will adapt and thrive within this environment.The Role:Management of the full accounts receivables function through efficient and effective methods of communication with both internal and external stakeholders.Effective management of the accounts payables function, including entering purchase invoices and allocating them to relevant departments.Payroll processing and assistance for 20 staff (payroll admin, payslips, etc.).Facilitate events and other company related occurrences.Provide administrative support to the Director.Contribute to the overall runnings of the office.What you need:A passion for construction and customer service.3+ years of experience within a similar capacity.Evidence of proactive qualities and the ability to work autonomously.Excellent personal presentation and an outgoing and friendly personality.Based in central Melbourne.If you check the above requirements, please apply below; otherwise, for any further info, please give Sam a call.Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
