The role requires someone with impeccable people skills and a proven track record in a transactional and/or property environment.
Responsibilities: Execution of property and leasing services including liaison with landlords, tenants, and buyers.
Analysis of market rents and research for credible and informed advice to customers.
Negotiate to secure lease and incentives on behalf of the client for all renewals, options to lease, relocations, and refurbishments.
Prospecting for new business.
Carrying out inspections, marketing, and listing of all new properties.

You will, however, have already attained or be willing to attain your WA sales registration expeditiously.Demonstrating an analytical approach to sales, you have strong interpersonal skills and a driven, motivated attitude to achieve success.
