The Role: This position is responsible for supporting the office administrative work, includingmanaging office supplies and equipment. Th is individual will also be responsible fo r all HR administrative duties includ ing but not limited to maintainin g personnel records, managing HR documents ( e. g e m ployment records and onboarding activities ), updating internal databases, coordinating HR events and a helping hand to all HR functions.
This individual must be someone who loves to create a welcoming and safe working environment for all the team members and visitors and has a strong understanding of confidentiality and ethical standards. They will provide assistance to HR and Operations and other disciplines where required .
What You'll do: Timesheet administration First tier recruitment including resume screening, phone screening and interview coordination Basic system access administration Drafting policies, procedures and employee handbook Liaison to building management Managing employee files and ensuring accurate records Organising office events and functions Managing office supplies and events Creating a clean and safe workplace environment Managing all office administration Supporting payroll and office adherence Other duties as required by Site Director & HR Manager QualificationsWho We're Looking for: Preferred experience in HR AdministrationPreferred completion of HR studies or currently completing HR studiesExcellent moral and ethical compassExcellent interpersonal skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organisational abilities are necessary to ensure effective performance.Has an understanding, caring and empathetic natureWhat We Can Offer You: Convenient location in a modern and spacious office in Docklands An opportunity to kickstart your career in Office/HR Administration Flexibility to make this role your own Mentored by a Senior HR Manager With enriching work comes amazing rewards!
