The consultants work with companies across a wide range of industries, and we represent candidates for temporary, contract and permanent employment.Our Client:Our client is seeking an experienced administrator or office coordinator to support a large office across facilities and administration support.The Role:Reporting to the Office manager, this role delivers business and site support services.Responsibilities include:Replenishing office supplies for daily operations;Reception Support - Incoming reception calls, visitors, directing inquiries;Managing incoming and outgoing mail;General admin support, managing office services email inbox and overseeing the office requirements for safety and compliance e.g. Fire safety, routine maintenance checks, scheduled service visits and so on;Assisting with Viva Engage and CACentral SharePoint page;Coordinating facility management, keeping everything in working order;Managing contractor visits and addressing issues, raising requests etc; andOverseeing contractor management.What we are looking for:Minimum three years' experience in a Business Support role;High attention to detail with a flexible working style;Ability to work unsupervised, and a team player;Demonstrated ability to communicate and get desired results;Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high quality output and focus on the details.How to Apply:For more information or a confidential discussion please call Cassandra Waugh at u&u on 07 3232 9118 or email ****** quoting reference number 38753.At u&u Recruitment Partners, we value diversity, equity and inclusion.
