Your Role as an Account Manager - Imaging Specialist: As an Account Manager - Imaging Specialist at oeDigital, your primary responsibility is to maintain and enhance relationships with our current clients.
You'll ensure their needs are met, contracts are renewed, and they continue to benefit from our innovative print management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement: Develop and nurture strong relationships with our existing customers, ensuring they feel valued and supported.
Contract Management: Stay on top of contract timelines, ensuring timely renewals and proactive engagement before contracts end.
Customer Support: Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
Administrative Excellence: Keep our CRM system up to date, manage customer records accurately, and create detailed proposals.
Organized Workflow: Maintain a well-organized approach to managing your tasks, ensuring no customer or contract is overlooked.
Proactive Communication: Regularly reach out to clients to ensure they feel appreciated and their needs are being met.
What We're Looking For:
Account Management Experience: Proven experience in managing client relationships, preferably in the print management or IT services sector.
Organizational Skills: Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and administrative tasks efficiently.
Technical Proficiency: Understanding of multifunction devices and print solutions, with the ability to explain complex technical information clearly.
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
