This dynamic role offers exposure to a variety of tasks, making it ideal for someone looking to expand their skills and grow within a supportive team.
You will:Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring seamless functionalitySupport development projects from approvals to operationsAssist with marketing and event coordinationProvide administrative support to our DirectorsYour Key ResponsibilitiesOffice Coordination & Administration (30%)Maintain and improve office systems, including subscriptions, supplies, and equipmentReconcile invoices and manage financial recordsOrganise team meetings and eventsOnboard new staff and consultantsOversee shared inboxes and document templatesDevelopment Administration (40%)Coordinate project meetings, including agendas and action itemsLiaise with consultants, suppliers, and tenants to address various mattersTrack project progress and maintain detailed documentationAssist with reviewing and managing council approvals and insurance renewalsMarketing & Events Support (20%)Collaborate with the Marketing and Events team on opportunities, campaigns, and eventsManage advertising accounts and communication platformsProvide updates to tailor marketing efforts effectivelyDirectors' Support (10%)Assist with meeting preparation and general administrative tasksWhat We're Looking ForA friendly, professional demeanour and strong interpersonal abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office, Dropbox, and similar toolsDetail-oriented with strong numerical skillsTech-savvy and eager to learn new systems and processesA proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvementThrives in a fast-paced environment, taking initiative and solving problems proactivelyIndependence in managing tasks while knowing when to seek guidanceAt least 2 years of experience in a similar role, with proven organisational and multitasking skills (preferred but not essential)Experience in commercial property management, sales, or leasing (preferred but not essential)An understanding of council approvals and construction processes (preferred but not essential)Why Join Us?Work in a supportive, innovative environment, contributing to impactful developments in the Byron ShireBe part of transformative projects that make a real differenceTake on a role with diverse responsibilities and plenty of opportunities for growth and developmentRemuneration starting from $65,000 per annum - Negotiable commensurate to candidates experience and capabilitiesWe look forward to welcoming a new team member who's ready to embrace this dynamic role.
