The Role The Office & Despatch Administrator is responsible for coordinating office activities & operations to secure efficiency & compliance with company policies.
This role is required on a part-time basis (28.5 hours per week) to support the Bendigo site with various administration tasks, including but not limited to purchasing, data entry, liaising between sales and production teams, and assisting the despatch operations as required.
Full training will be provided to the correct candidate.
Responsibilities: Coordinate office activities & operations to secure efficiency & compliance with company policies. Effective management of day-to-day administration tasks. Efficiently manage both employees and external stakeholders. Accurately maintain internal databases in a timely manner. Save and upload documents accurately. Prioritise tasks to fit with the organisation's requirements. What you will need to succeed: Preferred but not essential knowledge of Melbourne & its surrounding area, Bendigo, and regional Victoria. MS Office experience mandatory. Customer service skills. SAP experience (desirable). Problem-solving skills. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
