Job Title Office, Culture & Community Manager - On Site - Tuggerah NSW 2261 Hours Monday to Friday, 9am to 2pm (25hrs per week) (On Site Tuggerah NSW 2261)
Position Overview We are seeking a highly organised, resourceful, and proactive Office, Culture & Community Manager to support the day-to-day running of our growing business. This role combines office management, basic HR administration, and marketing coordination, with a strong emphasis on social media engagement and user-generated content (UGC). The ideal candidate has a blend of operational savvy, people-management skills, and marketing know-how.
As the company continues its rapid growth trajectory, this role will be crucial in helping establish and maintain professional standards while cultivating our dynamic culture. The ideal candidate will bring professionalism, initiative, and proven business experience to help guide our expansion and mentor our growing team.
Key Responsibilities Human Resources & Administration (Approximately 5-10% of time)Facilitate on-boarding and off-boarding processes, ensuring all paperwork and documentation is complete.Maintain and update company HR policies, internal processes, and employee records.Track and schedule employee holiday and leave requests.Office Management & Operations (Approximately 10-15% of time)Oversee daily office functions, including maintenance, supply orders, and facility coordination.Develop and implement office procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and contractors to ensure seamless operations.Manage budgetary aspects related to office expenses and supplies.Assist the Managing Director and CEO in planning and executing travel, events, and related logistics.Foster a Positive & High-Performance Workplace Culture (Approximately 15-25% of Time)Collaborate with Senior LeadershipShape and drive a culture of success, accountability, and teamwork in partnership with the leadership team.Develop Team-Building InitiativesPlan and execute regular engagement events, cultural activities, and celebrations that bring employees together and reinforce company values.Lead Culture-Building MeetingsFacilitate open communication, celebrate wins, address challenges, and gather feedback to continuously improve team morale.Drive Operational ExcellenceEstablish, document, and refine scalable business processes that enhance efficiency and consistency, while preserving the company's dynamic culture.Mentor & Guide Team MembersCoach staff to develop strong professional capabilities, judgment, and confidence in their roles, fostering growth and retention.Bridge Global CommunicationServe as a liaison between international offices and teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and knowledge sharing across regions.Professionalise Informal PracticesStandardize existing processes and workflows to support company growth without losing the energetic, entrepreneurial spirit.Champion Continuous Improvement & High PerformanceRecognise achievements, set clear expectations, and promote personal and professional development to maintain an environment of excellence.Own Business ChallengesProactively identify and resolve operational or strategic issues without requiring close oversight, demonstrating leadership and accountability.Implement Scalable SystemsIntroduce and manage tools, platforms, and methodologies that support rapid growth and align with evolving business needs.Model High StandardsEmbody professionalism, accountability, and a strong work ethic - setting the tone for others to follow.Partner with Department LeadersEnsure company-wide alignment on cultural goals, accountability standards, and shared objectives, creating a unified, high-performing organization.Lead Social Media Engagement & UGC Initiatives – Non-Ad Content (Approximately 40-50% of time)Take Ownership of Organic Social Media PresenceFocus on community engagement, user-generated content (UGC), and showcasing company culture, beyond paid ad campaigns.
Respond Promptly to InquiriesMonitor and address customer questions, comments, and messages across all social platforms to ensure a positive brand experience.
Oversee and Curate UGCEngage with customers to request testimonials, case studies, and reviews.Collect, curate, and organize UGC for use on the website, social media channels, newsletters, and other marketing materials.Obtain necessary client permissions and maintain compliance with brand and legal guidelines.Showcase Internal CultureCoordinate with internal teams to highlight staff events, culture-building activities, and behind-the-scenes insights for social media, reinforcing employee engagement and brand authenticity.
Collaborate with Creative & External AgenciesWork closely with the Multimedia Designer and external agencies to integrate UGC and organic social content into broader marketing goals, while excluding the creation of paid-ad content and assets.Update the company website with fresh content, case studies, and marketing collateral in coordination with relevant teams.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience is advantageous).5-10 years of experience in a multifaceted role that includes office management, HR tasks, or marketing coordination.Strong organisational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable engaging with clients and team members at all levels.Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite and social scheduling tools).Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and take full ownership of projectsHistory of mentoring and developing less experienced team membersStrong background in implementing professional business practicesExperience working across international teams and officesProficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace; basic knowledge of HR software is advantageous.Key Competencies Project Management: Ability to track, prioritize, and execute tasks efficiently.People Skills: Capable of motivating and guiding team members, plus creating a welcoming environment for employees.Marketing Acumen: Knowledge of social media best practices, community engagement, and content curation.Problem-Solving: Comfort identifying bottlenecks and proposing creative, effective solutions.Adaptability: Willingness to switch between tasks, from HR administration to marketing campaign support.About Kings of Neon Kings of Neon is a global leader in custom LED neon signage, combining cutting-edge innovation with unparalleled creativity.
