Photography Field Team Coordinator & Workflow Supervisor Location: Mansfield, Brisbane
Employment Type: Full-Time (Monday – Friday)

About Us: advancedlife is a leading national photographic company specializing in school photography for over 40 years. We are on the lookout for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team in Mansfield.
Role Overview:
As the QLD Field Team Coordinator & Workflow Supervisor, you will play a vital role in supporting the QLD Field Manager with essential administrative, coordination, and accounting tasks. You will also oversee the field team by managing equipment supply, maintenance, and repair programs in Brisbane. Your responsibilities will include distributing rosters, managing job bags, and assisting with data uploads related to photography days. Additionally, you will supervise and mentor the Workflow Coordinator team, ensuring that daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support: Manage booking accommodations, purchase orders, and uniforms using our accounts program.Diary Management: Communicate and manage changes with the Field Manager.File Maintenance: Maintain and distribute critiquing and logbook documentation as directed.Job Coordination: Check job boxes, upload memory cards post-shoot, and assist in finding missing images.Event Coordination: Support event and training organization as needed.Equipment & Fleet Management: Oversee equipment allocation, repairs, and stock control.Workflow Supervision: Allocate tasks for pre and post-shoot jobs, ensuring efficiency and quality control.Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work closely with all departments to ensure timely and accurate execution of tasks.Qualifications: Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Windows; ability to quickly learn new software.Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to processes.Microsoft Skills: Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word is desirable.Data Integrity: Experience working with data in accuracy-critical environments.
