What You'll Do: - Act as the first point of contact for visitors and manage incoming communications.
- Coordinate office supplies, deliveries, and office equipment maintenance.
- Support the team with scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting preparations.
- Oversee the office environment, ensuring it remains organised and well-stocked.
- Assist with health and safety compliance, including managing PPE and office access.
- Provide administrative support to different departments as needed.
What You Bring: - Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with a knack for keeping things running smoothly.
- Confidence using office management tools and systems, including MS Office.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work with staff across all levels.
- A positive, problem-solving attitude, willing to jump in and help wherever needed.
Qualifications & Experience: - Previous experience in office coordination or administration or Qualifications in Business Studies is highly regarded.
- A strong understanding of office processes and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
