We are currently recruiting for an Office Coordinator on behalf of a South Australian organisation that plays a significant role in the local sporting community. This is a full-time position located in the heart of Adelaide's bustling Rundle Street, with a supportive and collaborative environment.
The Role
As the Office Coordinator, you'll manage the day-to-day administrative and compliance functions. You will support the CEO, ensuring the smooth running of office operations, finance tasks, and compliance processes. If you thrive on keeping things organised, enjoy variety, and have a knack for improving office efficiency, this could be the perfect role for you.
Key Responsibilities Oversee daily office operations, including managing meetings, office supplies, and correspondence. Support compliance initiatives and ensure policies are up to date and followed. Assist with finance-related tasks such as invoicing and budgeting. Provide administrative support to the CEO, including diary management and preparing meeting materials. Maintain records, filing systems, and coordinate office equipment. Collaborate with other staff to improve processes and workflows. What We're Looking For Proven experience in office administration or coordination. Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Experience in compliance and governance, ideally within a not-for-profit or sports environment. Familiarity with financial processes is a plus. Special Requirements Working with Children Check (WWCC). First Aid Certificate. Understanding of workplace health and safety procedures. Why Join Us?
