You'll be the go-to person for office coordination and executive support, working autonomously while playing an integral part in the team. What You'll Do Be the go-to person for team support, proactively solving problems and managing office needs autonomously. Manage office supplies, meeting room setup and ensure the general upkeep of the office space. Provide executive assistance, including diary management, meeting coordination and preparing board packs. Handle invoicing, credit card reconciliations and general administration. Liaise with external vendors, IT support and building management to address office maintenance and repairs. Organise and support events in collaboration with the marketing team, including ensuring everything is set up before events. Assist with onboarding new team members and maintaining a smooth office workflow. About You You are a dependable, self-motivated professional with extensive experience in office coordination or executive assistance. You must be highly organised, flexible and be able to balance competing priorities. You take pride in your work and enjoy taking ownership of tasks, ensuring nothing is overlooked. You have the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems proactively. You are comfortable with a role that requires initiative and decision-making, ensuring the office runs smoothly with minimal direction. You have excellent communication skills and a calm, personable demeanour, making you approachable to colleagues and clients alike.
