Our client is seeking a committed and personable Office Coordinator for a temp to perm opportunity. The role will be initially 3 months with a view of going permanent. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and fun team, with the opportunity to be involved in exciting new projects whilst supporting the wider office.
Immediate start Opportunity to work for a well known and growing Consultancy firm Great dynamic team culture What you'll do: Meet and greet client's and visitors to the organisation Support the wider Office Services team with high level admin support Event management Set up meeting rooms e.g. order catering and keep clean and tidy Office maintenance - ordering supplies Support the team with exciting new projects around workplace experience What you bring: Experience working in a large & complex organisation Personable with can-do attitude Ability to adapt easily Strong communication skills both verbal and written What sets this company apart: This client is known for it's dynamic, established and ever growing culture. Salary: Up to AUD35 per hour + Paying Above Market Rate
Salary: AUD95,000 - AUD98,000 per annum + Salary packaging
