What you'll be doingAn opportunity for an Office Coordinator has come available at a global business in Melbourne's CBD.The primary focus of the Office Coordinator is to ensure the ongoing commitment of staff services, as well as front of house duties, office facilities and tenancy security, whilst ensuring the general upkeep of all office areas such as kitchens, print rooms, meeting rooms and communal areas.The role is part of the Office Services team, and is responsible for mailroom and amenities, along with administrative tasks to support the office.This is a temporary role with a view to go permanent.Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:Previous experience in an administrative role.Previous reception or customer service experience.Intermediate MS Office skills.Ability to communicate with people at all levels in both technical and non-technical environments.Effective written communication and writing skills.Benefits to you:temporary opportunity with a view to go permanentCorporate environmentCBD location
