The Role As the Office Coordinator, you will be accountable for overseeing and managing daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations. This role also acts as a central point of contact between departments, ensuring clear and effective communication to support collaborative efforts and project coordination.

As the Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for: Facilities management, office supplies and inventory controlMaintaining the reception desk/area, mailroom, storeroom, and kitchensOrganising catering for meetings, greeting clients, and coordinating meeting roomsProviding reception cover as and when neededFacilitating the smooth operation of equipment in the mailroom and meeting roomsCoordinating office events like Friday night drinks and monthly birthday celebrationsNew starter onboarding and offboarding as well as building accessPerforming other assigned office administration duties, as and when required As our new team member, you will have: Experience in an office coordination role; additional experience in reception is also highly beneficialExceptional client communication and client service abilitiesExcellent listening, planning, and organisational skillsThe ability to build and maintain relationships, trust, and rapport quicklyAbility to multitask and prioritise work effectivelyProactive mindset and eagerness to help If this sounds like you, and you're keen to join a team where you are valued and your career is a priority, reach out for more information (Position Description) or apply now.
