Office Management (Administration & Office Support) Banjo's is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an Office Coordinator. This varied role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of Banjo's busy Hobart located head office.
The Office Coordinator is responsible for handling administrative tasks, coordinating office procedures, and supporting the Directors, Heads of Departments and their teams.
The role provides support to the CEO's Executive Assistant and is required to provide senior level administrative assistance to the CEO on a range of tasks. During the absence of the Executive Assistant, the Office Coordinator will perform the duties of the EA to the CEO.
Specific responsibilities include: Office Management: Overseeing daily operations, maintaining a welcoming office environment, and managing office supplies and services. Executive Assistance: Providing comprehensive support to the CEO and Executive Assistant, including travel arrangements, calendar management, and document preparation. Event Management: Planning and executing corporate events, including the Banjo's Annual Conference. Financial Management: Handling office expenses, credit card reconciliation, and providing financial support to the Executive Assistant and CEO. Human Resources: Assisting the HR Advisor with recruitment, employee contracts, and franchisee applications. Communication: Acting as the first point of contact, managing communications, and providing excellent customer service. Documentation: Preparing board papers, presentations, reports, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
