The Opportunity We are looking for a professional and friendly office coordinator that will contribute to making our office a great place to work, and an employer of choice. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day function of reception, welcoming new team members to G8, and support the office and events manager with various office initiatives.
This role is Part-Time-time working 32 hours and initially covering an 8-month maternity leave position.
Your day-to day No two days are the same; this role is diverse, with depth and breadth to cement your career, now and into the future. Areas of core responsibility include, but are not limited to:
Coordinate general maintenance and safety of office.Conduct office inductions with all new starters.Update the Support Office database with new starters as required.Fulfil reception duties when receptionist is on leave or outside of part time hoursAny other duties as required by department heads under guidance of Office & Events ManagerReceipting of various invoices as required.Support Office & Events Manager with ongoing office improvements, sustainability initiatives, reporting and efficiencies.Assist with Support Office events.Coordinate Social Club events.Coordinate and organise all G8 travel bookingsAbout You You thrive in a fast-paced and engaging work environment, valuing strong partnerships, collaboration, and a commitment to excellence. To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and experiences:
