We have a great opportunity for a highly motivated, professional office administrator to join our Lennox Head team and to work in a unique coastal location with a great team of people.About GeoLINK:GeoLINK is a multi-disciplinary environmental, planning and design consultancy that has been established in northern NSW for over 30 years. Our principal services are planning, environmental assessment, ecology, civil and environmental engineering and urban design. We offer these services from our offices in Lennox Head, Coffs Harbour and Armidale. With a history of strong long-standing client relationships, project success and a reputation as an employer of choice, GeoLINK is a highly desirable place to work.About the role:We are looking for a full-time office administrator to join our team of professionals to coordinate office and reception duties at our busy and well-established office in Lennox Head.The successful applicant will be a highly skilled, experienced and motivated administrator. The position hours are 9am – 5pm, 5 days per week. More flexible hours would be considered upon request for the right candidate.What we can offer you:Competitive salary package dependent on your qualifications and experience.Additional bonus opportunities dependent on your individual and the company's performance.Flexible working conditions.Great working environment within a close-knit team.Applicants must address the following selection criteria in their application:Essential skills and experience:Minimum 3 (three) years' experience in an office coordinator (or similar) role.Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Word, Excel and Outlook.Excellent report proofing and formatting skills within Microsoft Word, as well as Adobe suite experience.High attention to detail and accuracy levels.Competency in spreadsheet preparation and formatting.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Collaborative mindset to work with other office coordinators across GeoLINK to ensure outcomes are met and deadlines achieved in an ever-changing environment.Ability to write clear, concise and accurate correspondence.High level of self-motivation, self-discipline, initiative and demonstrated ability to undertake tasks and deliver outcomes with minimal supervision.Current NSW Driver Licence (Class C).Experience working in a professional services / consulting organisation.Experience in project management software.Previous experience in one or more of the following: website management, marketing, bookkeeping and/or quality assurance system administration.How to apply:To be eligible to apply, applicants must have Australian Citizenship or have the legal right to work in Australia (unrestricted).To apply for the position, please email a cover letter addressing the selection criteria and your resume to Kim Fuller at .#J-18808-Ljbffr
