Tasks and ResponsibilitiesThis is a highly varied role, with the responsibility of providing an outstanding level of service to our valued clients.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Greet customers both in person & over the phoneA high level of professionalism and attention to detailBe reliable and trustworthy, and take pride in what you doAnswer a high volume of callsCoordinate tickets/jobs for our busy helpdesk & tech servicesResponsible for liaising with other departments for ticket handoversProcess all tickets within SLA (agreed repair timeframes) guidelines and follow procedural requirementsTrack technician movements and liaise with clients on ETA'sGeneral administration dutiesProvide clear information to IT personnelReview tickets for quality controlTrack inventory and special ordering of required equipmentThe ability to work as part of a team in a diverse, fast-paced environmentCritical incident management; initiating call bridges, managing critical incidentsPerforms other duties as assigned (within an administration aspect)RequirementsAble to obtain a full police checkOpen driver's licenseStart within a 2-week time frame, ideallyMust be an Australian resident available to work full time without restrictionsWork full time in Cannonvale HQ, but also be flexible to cover Proserpine as needed (15km away)Primarily sitting with some walking, standing, and bendingAble to hear clearly and speak clearly into a telephoneClose visual work on a computer terminalDexterity of hands and fingers to operate any required computer keyboard, mouse, and other technical instrumentsSkills RequiredAttention to detailExcellent organizational skillsExceptional customer service skillsAbility to multitask effectivelyManages stress and/or fast pace effectivelyAble to be highly confidentialAble to work as part of a teamProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteBasic IT knowledge and understanding of IT termsStrong written and interpersonal communication skillsGeneral understanding of I.T.
