About the role We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team Full Time at The Brook Early Education and Care as Office Coordinator. In this role you will be the first face of all families and visitors. It is imperative that you present professionally and possess a bright and bubbly personality. The successful applicant would ideally have experience as an Assistant Director, coordinating staffing arrangements and have a strong background in customer service.
In depth training will be provided for the role.
Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation within the centre. Coordinate staffing arrangements for the day to day running of the centre. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and confidential correspondence. Provide quality customer service for all families and visitors of the centre. Ensure a high level of customer service for all inbound and outbound phone enquires. Assists with the preparation of correspondence, reports, and minutes. Maintains administration systems, including diaries, records, mail, filing and archiving of records. Arrange and facilitate appointments and meetings.
