About the Role As our Office Coordinator you'll be the heartbeat of our office, ensuring everything runs smoothly and everyone has what they need. You'll be the #1 go to for our CEO as well as General Manager and head office team. If you thrive in a fun environment with amazing people, but also know how to put in the hard yards to get a great result within a certain deadline then this is the place for you. This role is dynamic, with no two days being the same and it has the ability for you to really make it your own.
Key Responsibilities ?? Being the first point of contact for all inbound phone and email enquiries, providing a high level of customer service and redirecting calls where necessary Being first point of contact for all visitors to the office, assisting with information, questions, and support (there aren't many, as we aren't client facing) Organising monthly meetings, quarterly planning events, and all team events and parties Keeping the office stocked with supplies and keeping it always presentable (as it's ultimately a reflection of you) Organising travel and business related activities for both the CEO and General Manager Completing personal tasks for our CEO as requested - example organising house cleaning, car services, birthdays, grocery orders, paying bills etc. Checking the PO box then actioning and filing all mail Curating and submitting all yearly and quarterly business awards submissions Updating and renewing company licenses (before they expire) Helping onboarding new team members with office/tech related matters (as directed by the HR Manager) Providing administrative support including room bookings for the office team Assisting the HR Manager with the roll out of the CRM, SOP documentation and process and policy creation (all training will be provided here) Setting up the daily huddle via Zoom Organising cards, cakes etc for teams birthdays Any other admin tasks as requested by CEO, GM and HR Manager Ad hoc duties as required within the scope of your role and abilities About You You're organized, detail-oriented, and have fantastic planning/project management skills. You can handle multiple responsibilities with ease and love working both independently and as part of a team. You've had a few years in the industry (or similar experience) and want to cut your teeth on a new opportunity in the property space. You are happy working in our Darra office 5 days a week, and have no issues handling incoming or out going calls.

Salary: $70-75k (depending on experience)
