Job DescriptionWe're on the lookout for an experienced Office Coordinator to work with WT Australia in Adelaide.
You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Adelaide office, supporting the senior management team by performing various, comprehensive administration duties and assisting in a broad range of tasks to optimise the productivity of the office environment.
This role is responsible for: Manage and produce high-quality documents including proposals, reports and email correspondence with clients and prospective clientsAct as the first point of contact for clients and staffEnsure documents, invoices and reports are accurate and timelyOrganise events and meetingsManage and coordinate Director's calendarsProvide professional assistance in the drafting of documents and provision of information to clientsSet up projects/clients/contacts/fees/resourcesManage and distribute monthly invoices to clients on timeReception servicesProcurement of kitchen and office supplies, printed material, and computer consumablesCoordination of service and repairs to office Equipment and FurnitureCoordination of repairs to office Facilities and BuildingEnsure WT standards and templates are correctly used and updatedQualificationsThis role will suit someone with drive and initiative, excellent administration and people skills with:
