Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate office calendars, schedules, and appointments Answer and direct phone calls, providing exceptional customer service Greet visitors and maintain a professional reception area Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels Assist with general administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
We Are Looking For Candidates Who Possess
Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software A positive and proactive attitude A willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
While previous office experience is preferred, it is not essential. We offer comprehensive training and support to help you succeed in this role.
