Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate office calendars, schedules, and appointmentsAnswer and direct phone calls, providing exceptional customer serviceGreet visitors and maintain a professional reception areaManage office supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levelsAssist with general administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry

We Are Looking For Candidates Who Possess

Strong organizational and time management skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and writtenProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar softwareA positive and proactive attitudeA willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges

While previous office experience is preferred, it is not essential. We offer comprehensive training and support to help you succeed in this role.
