Ag Tech & Machine is looking for someone with previous administration experience who will coordinate the day-to-day running of the office and provide administrative support to the director. The role is office based full-time, Monday to Friday, and we are a family-friendly, flexible workplace. We would consider part-time for the right candidate at a minimum of 9am-3pm. Your main responsibilities As the Office Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of the office and offer exceptional customer service. Your key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Manage incoming customer inquiries both face to face and via phone, with the confidence to proactively assist the client and/or manage appointments.Provide operational support to the company director including managing calendars.Promptly attend to any enquiries that are made via email, internet, or telephone.Assist with Inventory Management including documentation, ordering, receival, and shipping.Assist with processing timesheets and producing accurate invoices in a timely manner ensuring clear explanation of works completed.Maintain standard office procedures, responsibilities, and policies.Maintain a safe and secure working environment.Represent and promote the integrity of the business at all times.About You Excellent interpersonal skills and professional telephone manner.High level of written and verbal communication skills.The ability to show initiative, think critically, and problem solve.Sound knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Drive) and experience with Xero financial system.A positive approach to customer service.Ability to work in a small team environment and independently.About Us Ag Tech and Machine is the Leading Independent Provider of Services to the Agricultural and Civil industries.
