The roleThis full-time position is for a collaborative and aspiring individual reporting to the Practice Manager as part of the administrative team delivering Moulis Legal's corporate support function.
The Office Concierge's primary role of front of house reception is expanded to include other areas of the business. If you are looking to develop your administrative and interpersonal skills by joining our supportive and dynamic team, then this is the right position for you. We will oversee and support your duties with training and tools and will encourage your continued professional growth.
Specific duties include:
Front of house receptionSupport maintenance and premises managementSupport administration for legal mattersSupport schedules and travel arrangementsSupport training and eventsAbout you2+ years demonstrated experience in a similar role and in a high functioning officeStrong interpersonal skills and work ethicExcellent organisational and time management skills with attention to detailMicrosoft Office Suite and Adobe PDF proficiencyAbility to navigate and learn new systemsEnthusiasm for a collaborative team environmentPlease note this is not a pathway role into the legal profession; rather, it is intended for someone pursuing a business administration role.
