Office Clerk

We are looking for a full-time office clerk / receptionist to join our family law firm in Banyo.
You will be working directly with a team of three solicitors, assisting with all aspects of client service including telephone and email enquiries, general office duties including filing and maintaining supplies, and helping with administrative tasks in including drafting letters and other documents.
Previous experience in office administration is preferred, but not required. More importantly, the successful candidate needs to be a great communicator with the ability and confidence to deal directly with clients including taking telephone enquiries, have excellent writing skills, is detail-oriented, responsible and reliable with the ability to work independently.  Having in an interest in law is also beneficial.
