Administration assistant role within a Haulage Company.Responsibilities include:Working as part of a team.Responding to customer requests for information.Managing clients' portals to upload job completion reports, job status, and general office duties.The successful candidate will have:Previous experience working in an administrative role.Experience working in a haulage environment is an advantage.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and Microsoft Office experience required.Strong organisation and time management skills.Job Type: Full-timePay: From €29,500.00 per yearAdditional pay:Overtime payBenefits:Bike to work schemeOn-site parkingSchedule:Monday to FridayWork Location: In personReference ID: Office AssistantExpected start date: 02/12/2024
