Your new role This position is part-time, Monday-Friday, 8.30am - 12.30pm each day. The days and hours, unfortunately, can not be changed or moved.
This role will be in the office full time with no working from home options.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and outgoing Office Assistant to join the team on a part-time, fixed-term contract. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with people and has excellent organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with onboarding new staff and conducting office tours.Manage and order stationery for multiple offices.Handle inbox management, prioritising complex emails.Draft common email responses.Allocate security passes for new starters and visitors.Serve as the main point of contact for the office. Requirements:
Baseline clearance (preferably already obtained).Exceptional people skills, with the ability to engage with a large number of staff.Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.Proficiency in managing office supplies and handling administrative tasks.Friendly and approachable demeanour.
