O'Rourke & Kelly is seeking an Office Assistant to join our team.
Our firm is a well-known legal services provider in Devonport, Tasmania.
Due to continued growth, we are looking to hire an Office Assistant who will work directly under senior staff.
Prior experience is desirable but not essential.
The ideal person will be able to demonstrate the following skills and attributes with an immediate start:
Competent in file management processes, drafting documents & correspondence is desirable but not essentialTime management and organizational skillsAbility to work under pressure and prioritiseLiaising with clients and professionals at all levelsAbility to problem solve and adaptabilityBe ambitious and self-motivated with the ability to work in a team or autonomouslyProficient with Microsoft Office or Office 365You will ideally have the ability to work well in a team environment and be able to take instructions from senior staff.
The position is full-time and salary will be commensurate with experience.
