We have a unique and exciting opportunity for an Office Assistant to join our growing team.
Previous experience in strata management, real estate, insurance or finance is highly desirable but not essential.
The Candidate:
To be successful in securing this amazing opportunity, it would be desirable for you to have previous Strata/Real Estate experience, though not essential as training will be provided on the job.
You will also have:
Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitaskA high level of computer skillsAbility to prioritise and meet deadlinesThe ability to fit into a bright & bubbly teamPossess the right 'can do' attitude.The successful candidate will receive full training and support from some of the best in the business.
There will also be an opportunity for you to progress into a Strata Manager role in the future if you desire, as this company LOVES to promote internally and can provide solid career progression.
Duties include but are not limited to: Supporting a Strata Management teamLiaising with Owners Corporations as requiredArranging quotations for Owners Corporation's insurancesChecking agendas and minutes for meetingsManaging insurance/claims.You'll need to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, exceptional time management, and be able to adapt to new tasks quickly as required.
