Office Assistant ( $25 to $30 an hour.)
PDX Projects services the commercial and insurance sectors for Construction and Capital Works. With over 15 years of experience in the industry, we are experiencing significant growth and need an office assistant to help with administrative tasks and to support the project team on a day-to-day basis with a variety of tasks.
We are looking for an all-rounder with a great attitude and willingness to learn and grow with a dynamic and exciting business. Someone who loves a challenge and can handle changing environments.
Working in the Property Services industry, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the workforce and possess appropriate skills to manage Office 365, Xero, and scheduling apps, along with a basic understanding of building services.
Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment is important. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential to succeed in this position. Experience with accounting/Xero will be highly regarded.

Pay: $46,460.00 – $75,514.00 per year
