As Eco-Global continues to expand and grow, we are looking for an Office Assistant who can speak Mandarin and English to coordinate jobs in urban pest management. The candidate must meet the following criteria: Excellent language skills (speaking & writing) both in Chinese and EnglishChinese language skills are essential as we have a big Chinese-speaking client baseFriendly attitude on the phone to respond to customer inquiriesNew graduates from University or TAFE with any major are encouraged to applyDriving license and own transport The responsibilities of the successful candidate include the following: Dealing with daily office management and inquiriesAssist in arranging pest control jobs using software called Formitize and Google CalendarAssisting Trainers of MPL Training Centre (QLD Branch) in pest management training programsAssisting in writing pest inspection reportsEntering data and calculating payment for employees Please send your CV to [email protected] OR [email protected].
