About the role Reporting to the General Manager - Operations, the Office and Data Administration Manager is responsible for the efficient management of overall office operations, including quality administration, document control, and data management. This role involves organizing and coordinating office procedures and Quality Assurance activities to enhance C4i's organizational effectiveness and efficiency.    
The position requires the ability to multi-task and interact across all areas of the organisation's day-to-day activities; a flexible approach to work is required to enable organisational commitments to be met. 
The Administrative Assistant / Receptionist reports directly to the Office and Data Administration Manager, who is responsible for overseeing the completion of all duties associated with this role.   
About you To be the successful applicant, you will have the following skills and experience:
Essential:  Strong skills in the use of SharePoint and Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Strong ability in managing a wide range of administrative support related tasks Proven skills in data management, configuration management and document control Experience in quality system administration, with a clear understanding of ISO-9001, quality system principles, internal procedures, and standards Highly organised and systems-orientated with high attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work autonomously and in a team  Desirable:  Confidence in IT practices and procedures  Proactive mindset with a problem-solving orientation Known for taking initiative Strong business acumen with substantial experience in similar roles What we offer: We offer opportunities for growth and career progression across the company. Fantastic office facilities at an ideal location near the Domain Interchange, only a short stroll from the centre of Melbourne and across the road from beautiful parklands. Opportunity to travel to far flung reaches of Australia, with attractive employee packages.
