We are looking for an experienced Office Allrounder/Customer Service Representative to assist with the smooth running of our small, dynamic office where your professionalism and excellent customer service skills will be welcomed.
About the Role: This is a full-time customer-facing role working from our office in Tingalpa, Brisbane where you will be offered a competitive salary, on-site parking, and regular working hours Monday to Friday with no weekends or afterhours. Electrical Trade Industry Experience is preferred.
Some of your key responsibilities will include: Customer Service: Delighting customers during every service interaction, working effectively across a variety of communication channels; in-person, phone, email, web contact forms, social media etcOrder Processing: Efficiently processing customer orders, receiving payments and providing accurate lead times.Database Maintenance and Management: Ensuring all paperwork, workflows and customer records are updated and maintained accurately and promptly.Inventory Management: Monitoring and maintaining incoming and outgoing inventory, and office supplies (stationery, amenities etc). Product Knowledge: Attaining and maintaining a level of knowledge of the company's products and services to assist customers effectively and provide informed recommendations.Presentation: Maintaining office and reception cleanliness and safety.Administrative Support: Offering comprehensive administrative support to our sales and service teams to ensure we are well placed to deliver on our commitments to our loyal customers.What are we looking for? Experience: Electrical Trade Industry Experience preferred, and 2+ years of practical experience working in a similar role with exposure to processing invoices, accounts, credit card transactions and purchase orders. Technical Skills: A working knowledge of Xero or similar accounting packages, and a strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (including Outlook, Sharepoint, Word and Excel).Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to work, ensuring a high degree of accuracy in all aspects of the role.Organisational Skills: Ability to organise time effectively and manage competing priorities.Interpersonal Skills: A team player with excellent verbal/written communication skills and extraordinary listening skills to effectively communicate with colleagues, customers and suppliers.Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt quickly, maintaining a positive and proactive attitude.You will also have: An Open Australian Drivers LicenceCertificate of Education (Year 12 minimum)Ability to complete a Pre-Employment Medical and National Police CheckAbility to provide proof of Right to Work in Australia and suitable professional refereesWhat's on offer?
