DescriptionAbout the Role Are you ready to put your strong administrative and support experience to use in an organisation that values your impact? Acumentis would love to welcome an office administration champion to support our Property and Advisory team in the Townsville region with a full-time permanent position.
Your role will be assisting the team and adding value from your experience and knowledge in support and administration. Some of the things you will be doing:
Report compilation and formattingLiaison with client representativesCustomer service, over the phone and online using webchatUse of valuation systemsUse of CRM platform for quoting and invoicingSupporting management with general tasks as requiredBeing the 'go-to' person for your team of ValuersAbout You We would love to hear from you if you have:
Previous customer service experience highly regarded, but not essential.Friendly, helpful and courteous phone manner.Efficient and able to co-ordinate appointments on behalf of our team of valuers.Able to manage stress under pressure.Strong IT skills – fully competent with all Microsoft Office applications and CRM platforms.Working knowledge of locations across Townsville and North Queensland.Excellent standard of verbal and written communication skills.Reliable attendance and conscientious work ethic.We'll be a great fit for you if:
