Office Administrator/ Showroom Assistant

We are a family-owned business looking for a hard-working reliable office administrator/ showroom assistant to join our growing team. Available to start immediately.
Duties include, but not limited to:
Answer phone calls and emails to take orders from clients or answer queries Prepare invoices and orders for delivery Liaising with suppliers and contractors Filing and record keeping Scheduling appointments and meetings Must Have:
Strong written and verbal communication skills Previous experience with customer service Proficient in MYOB or similar accounting system Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask Flexibility in managing various tasks Job Types: Full-time, Casual
Pay: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour

Monday to Friday Experience:
