About the role We are looking to recruit an experienced and proactive Office Administrator/Receptionist on a full-time basis to be part of our Brisbane team. You will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient day-to-day operations of our office. As an Office Administrator/Receptionist, you will:
Manage the corporate office switchboard and contribute to overall office communications, handling both incoming and outgoing calls and email correspondence.Provide a warm and professional front-line experience by offering a courteous and friendly welcome to guests, clients, and team members.Facilitate basic kitchen and office maintenance tasks, act as the primary contact for office maintenance providers, including invoice reconciliation.Coordinate general office procurement of stationery and uniforms, and process requests for new business cards.Assist with general office duties, including coordinating social events, maintenance of meeting rooms and calendars, ordering catering, performing new starter building inductions, data entry and mail distribution.Offer support for ad hoc administrative overflow when necessary.About you: You will be the 'go-to' for all office enquiries. You must be self-motivated, have a willingness to help and have a sociable attitude. You will ideally have:
Previous experience in Office Administration and front of house Reception.The right attitude and understanding that this is an important role when it comes to relaying the professionalism that goes with the Verbrec brand.Strong time management skills with the ability to manage a variety of tasks with a flexible and friendly demeanor.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, intermediate Office 365 skills with high attention to detail, confidentiality and demonstrated initiative.
