About The Role: Due to our ongoing expansion, we have one vacancy for high-achieving, experience administration officer with strong communication skills to join our expert team. Reporting to the regional manager, you'll be a knowledgeable self-starter, responsible for supporting a team of supervisors to help them to bring a diverse range of projects in on time and on budget. You won't be thrown in the deep end; we have a structured onboarding system to help you learn the TBS way, plus you'll have the services of our Business Administration Manager to support you.
As there is a lot of liaising with customers and a variety of tradespeople, you'll need good relationship-building, communication and problem-solving skills. Because our clients have set time frames for job life, you will often be working in a fast-paced environment, helping our supervisors to meet critical deadlines.
