Receptionists (Administration & Office Support) About the business and the role

Our tight knit Darwin office has a great opportunity for a positive and energetic individual to join the team on a part-time basis. Using your previous experience, you will assist the team to deliver comprehensive, professional, and seamless administration and project support. You will be working with a dynamic, diverse, and supportive team in a busy and productive environment. Ideally you would have worked within a consulting / professional services environment and a genuine interest in an environmental solutions firm will be highly regarded.
Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
Proactively managing the daily running of the office, including mail, deliveries, picking up supplies, office ordersAssisting in coordinating events and activities for the office, including client meetings and SLR sponsored industry eventsCoordinating vehicle and equipment maintenance/managementFinancial management including POs, service invoice payments/management, credit card payments and reconciliation, expense claims, client invoicing and project assistanceAssisting with office health and safety management, including visitor sign in, office safety checks, maintaining safety equipment (i.e. fire extinguishers) and reporting within the QSR systemAssisting project managers in drafting proposals and tenders including; compiling, reviewing, formatting and submission of documentsAssistance with deliverables, including MS Word formatting, collation of information, scanning and bindingManage Travel and accommodation arrangements for staff and assisting with staff expense claimsSkills and experience
Ideally you will have a minimum of two years' experience in an administration role with proven experience in these areas:
Great organisational skills and multitasking abilitiesA positive attitude with an energetic approach to a variety of tasksIntermediate to advanced knowledge of Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and ExcelExceptional communication skills (written and verbal)Proven experience in administration for medium-large organisations.Our Benefits
