The Unanderra Dynelec facility specialises in the overhaul, design, manufacture, and repair of electrical control and distribution panels, with a particular expertise in IP rated / explosion proof equipment for Mining & Industrial environments.
Dynelec is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join their innovative team.
Reporting directly to the Projects & IMS Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting daily office functions, contributing to business operations and ensuring compliance with internal processes.
The Role As an Office Administrator – Operations, you will have a diverse range of responsibilities aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and supporting key departments.
Key responsibilities include: Accurately enter data into systems, update reports and maintain accurate records for audits and project tracking.
Review and update various documents and records, ensuring correct document storage.
Prepare minutes and ensure timely communication of key decisions.
Support purchasing and customer management by entering supplier purchase orders and customer job creations.
Create training packs, book meetings and organise training sessions.
Maintain and update the plant register, ensuring accurate tracking of equipment maintenance, calibrations and electrical testing.
Assist with inspections and audits, including document preparation, record management and action tracking.
Assist with incident investigations, prepare reports and support the continuous improvement of safety practices.
Provide administrative support to various departments, ensuring smooth operational workflows.

Essential to your success in this role will be: Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within an operations-focused environment.
High attention to detail in data entry and report management.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience in Customer Relationship Management Systems.
Experience with Lotus Notes (desirable).
Ability to multitask, manage competing priorities and handle a diverse range of tasks.
Able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative, tight-knit team environment.
Flexibility and adaptability to take on new tasks as required by the business.
