Are you a detail-oriented and proactive professional with a passion for supporting sales operations?
We are looking for a part-time Office Administrator to join our dynamic team at our manufacturing plant. This role will be essential in streamlining our sales processes and providing outstanding support to our sales team.
This role will begin in January 2025.
Position Overview: As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and processing sales orders, preparing invoices, handling customer inquiries, and performing various administrative duties. Working closely with the sales, production, and logistics teams, you will play a critical role in ensuring our processes are efficient and our customers are satisfied.
Key Responsibilities: Process and manage sales orders in our ERP system to ensure accuracy and timeliness.Prepare and issue invoices, coordinating with accounts to ensure accurate billing.Maintain an organised file management system for all sales documents, including orders, invoices, and customer records.Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide updates on order and delivery status.Provide general clerical support, including data entry, filing, and generating reports as needed.Assist the sales team with quotations, product information, and administrative support.Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance sales processes and customer service.Requirements: Proven experience in sales support, administration, or customer service, ideally within manufacturing or a related industry.Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with ERP systems is a plus.Experience with invoicing, file management, and other administrative duties.Excellent organisational, communication, and time management skills.High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data handling.Professional phone manner.Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work well under pressure.Why Join Us?
